While the majority of our time and focus is on building families, we also advocate in Circuit Court and before the South Carolina Supreme Court for our clients to be made whole from injuries they sustained due to the negligence of others.

We do not accept many civil cases, but when there is a significant injury or injustice, we commit our firm’s resources, time and energy to vindicate our clients’ rights. In one such case, we obtained a $3.75 million verdict for our clients and were the first to obtain a damages award against the State of South Carolina that was double the statutory limits ($1.2 million), by proving that two occurrences of negligence had occurred.
